Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks (1 in thick)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tbsp Iron Bay Savory Steak Seasoning
- 1 tbsp butter
Directions
- Pat steaks dry and coat with oil and seasoning.
- Heat cast-iron skillet on high until smoking.
- Sear 3 min per side; reduce heat, add butter, baste 1 min.
- Rest 5 min before slicing.
