Ingredients
- 1 lb mahi mahi fillets
- 2 tbsp Coastal Breeze Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ¼ cup mayo or Greek yogurt
Directions
- Rub fish with olive oil and Coastal Breeze Seasoning.
- Grill over medium heat 3–4 min per side.
- Mix cabbage, carrots, lime juice, and mayo.
- Flake fish, build tacos, and top with slaw.
