Cajun Catfish with Lemon Butter Sauce
Intro: Crispy on the outside, flaky inside, and full of Cajun character. Red Dirt Bayou Seasoning brings Louisiana heat to this easy fish dinner. Ingredients 4 catfish fillets 2 tbsp Red Dirt Bayou Seasoning ½ cup flour 2 tbsp butter Juice of ½ lemon Directions Dredge fish in flour mixed with seasoning. Pan-fry in butter 3–4 minutes per side.
