Ingredients
- 4 catfish fillets
- 2 tbsp Red Dirt Bayou Seasoning
- ½ cup flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- Juice of ½ lemon
Directions
- Dredge fish in flour mixed with seasoning.
- Pan-fry in butter 3–4 minutes per side.
- Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
