Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Red Dirt Bayou Seasoning
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
Directions
- Sauté sausage, onion, pepper, and garlic until tender.
